The individual work should address the following: A fall description of about 200 words that begin the work. A description of the current diagnosis / disease / injury / disability medical aspects of about 300 words. A description of obstacles and opportunities for activity and participation in everyday life’s various arenas (in the home environment, among family and friends, in school, work, etc.) of about 500 words.
