 a supply chain plan/diagram for a new business by analyzing factors that affect sourcing, logistics, metrics, suppliers, and risk.

Select a product for a company you are familiar with.

 

Create a diagram of the supply chain plan for the product selected using one of the following tools:

· Excel

· PowerPoint

· Visio

· PictoGram

· PDF

· Other faculty-approved platform

 

The supply chain diagram should include all suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and customers and other participants as may be required.

Write an 875-word analysis of the supply chain. Include the following:
