 • Explain the significance of the National Response Framework, the National Incident Management System (NIMS), and the Stafford Act to a national response. 

• Discuss the importance of incorporating the Whole Community into a national response.

 Requirements: 

• Submit a four-to-six-page Word document, excluding title and reference pages.

 • Include proper APA formatting and citations.
