successful school counselor?

 How do the dispositions demonstrate your ability to understand other

cultures, genders, and learning differences to build stronger relationships

with students and families?

 What dispositions do you find as areas of growth as you enter the school as

a first-year school counselor?

 How do you anticipate using feedback from your annual performance
