My nephew Walter James Artis Jr. was subjected to a force plea based on a letter his mother wrote and had other family members’ sign to force a plea confession. Walter James Artis Jr., rush to plea violated his constitutional civil, rights. Walter was not feeling well that day on September 10, 2024, and the attorney Chandra Justice asked for more time.  The Judge denied and stated a decision to plea or trial will be today.  Chandra Justice is not a trial lawyer; therefore, she would have proceeded to trial working outside of her law license.  Which is a direct violation of his due process of law and his civil rights. Walter is on 10mg of daily doses of Prozac with side effects and Adderall with side effects. Walter parental rights were taken away in family court and he can have no contact with his children which is unconstitutional. Walter was promised under the pretense of receiving pictures of his children is what led to his swift plea of guilty. The state of Illinois has the duty of the burden of proof and Walter James Artis Jr. is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Walter James Artis Jr. is the only person that can determine whether he wants he wants to do a plea deal or a trial. The presiding judge also denied the family the right to hire a trial lawyer for him to receive a fair trial. I also suspected ex par te    was being secretly being initiated towards favoring the other side.
