In this Learning Unit you will prepare a negotiating strategy based on the Mock Negotiation Problem. Pay special attention to the eleven procedures and ground rules which will govern this assignment. We will deviate from rule 3 in that I want you to consider the five most important issues for labor (this will give you others which you can use to trade off for the rank and file really wants). You will negotiate as a team the final collective bargaining agreement (your text goes into great detail on how to do this).
