  1. Start by opening the media activity, Preparing a Presentence Investigation Report | Transcript.
  2. At the top of the activity screen, click the blue”Presentence Investigation Report”‘ button to download the Presentence Investigation ReportWorksheet. There, you’ll respond to two prompts and fill in a PSI form.

In the worksheet provided in the media activity linked above, please complete the following:

  1. Answer the two questions on page 1 by filling in the provided text boxes.
  2. Fill in the PSI report with 45-50 key pieces of information from the media activity video, including “n/a” to indicate where information was not found in the video.
