Evaluation Report: Voice-Over PowerPoint Assignment, you will reflect on the assigned reading and the role of the evaluator of a program plan; creating an evaluation report for your program plan via voice-over PowerPoint.

Instructions

a. Provide an overview of the role of the evaluator in an evaluation. Discuss the principles of application by the advanced practice public/ community health nurse.

b. Consider the oral report information discussed in your reading and devise an oral presentation via a voice-over PowerPoint that discusses the following. See Guidelines for Effective Visuals in Chapter 19:

a. Data sources for your program evaluation.

b. Relate your goals and objectives to the evaluation.

c. Select and discuss your analysis method.

d. Summarize the results.

c. Discuss the influence that your Christian worldview has on your position regarding this topic.

d. Support your position with evidence from 3–5 scholarly sources,
in addition to the course textbook. References must have been published within the past 5 years.

e. Include a title page and reference page in current APA format.

The PowerPoint must be 10–15 slides (excluding the required title page and reference page). The entire
