I have an externship that I have to complete for my class. The journal will consist of dates from April 29th through August 29th of this year, excluding holidays and weekends. The journal needs to annotate a 40 hour work week which is Monday through Friday. All entries should be those weekday dates. The journal will consist of me shadowing and following the duties of the Nurse Manager and the Telehealth Coordinator. Enclosed is the duties for both which I attached. This an 8 hour duty day so take the duties for each and create a daily journal. Since I’m not a Nurse, the duties performed should be in an administrative/support role. Try your best to switch it up according to days so it does not seem that its not repeating the same thing over and over. There is no plagiarism or references but keep it clean.
