Domains 5 and 6:

You will take what you have learned from reading chapters 5-6, the in-class discussions, PowerPoints, the videos, etc., and create your plan for leading a school using Domain 5: Core Values and Domain 6: Resource Management. Once you have answered the questions for each domain in narrative format, you will create a PowerPoint presentation as a culminating activity for Domains 1 -6. This assignment will be due in week 9.

Please respond to the questions below using the third-person format to guide you in developing a plan. Your response should be between one (1) and two (2) pages long, not including the cover and reference page.

  1. What can administrators do to effectively communicate their core values and create a climate that clearly states what they value?
  2. How would an administrator ensure that they manage resources in a way that focuses on effective instruction and the achievement of all students?

You should include the following:

  • A cover page,
  • Write out the question,
  • Then, respond by answering the questions above in the third person format.
  • Include in-text citations
  • And a reference page.

You are not simply restating the domains and elements. You are using information from the textbook to answer the questions above.
