  • Cover page (Include the course name and number, who you prepared the paper for, your name, and the date.)
  • Course Project topic, outline, and project rationale (see below)
  • Goals you want to achieve in this research (see below)
  • Reference page (references you may have so far)

Project Rationale

  • How and why did you choose the sub-industry? Perhaps you can start by introducing the why, meaning, the overall reason here with a story, and what interested and motivated you to find out more and talk more about this, in addition to how you came about making a decision as to writing about this.
  • What research did you conduct to arrive at this decision?
  • What were some key interesting factors, experiences, Internet sites, examples, and so forth that helped you with deciding to write about this topic?

Goals

  • What do you hope to achieve with this research? How will this be beneficial for your career and continuous learning experience in hospitality?
  • Include the references used so far (very important, do not forget to add and do APA style).
